Members Area Terms of Use

General Terms

You may not claim any of the images found within these pages as your own.  These images are all made by me with some of the copyrights to the image belonging to someone else that I have a membership with. 

Do not redistribute any of the items found within these members pages.  Do not post them on yahoo groups or MSN site.

You have one week to put your members plaque on your site and link it to http://andreaspixelpace.com .  Failure to do so will suspend your membership.  If you find your membership has been suspended please email me and let me know where I can find the logo and your account will be reactivated.

Do not share your login and password with anyone.  If you do your membership will be cancelled and no refund given.

If I find you in violation of any of these terms I will send you an email asking to explain what is going on.  I reserve the right to request access to your site should I receive an email notifying me with proof of a violation.  Should  I email you and you do not respond I will wait 2 days.  I will then email you again and wait another 2 day.  If I still do not receive a response I will remove you from the members area.  No refund will be given.

I reserve the right to change these terms at any time.  Should this happen I will email everyone to let them know.

Please note that lifetime membership means the lifetime of this members area and not mine or yours.

As with all items on my  site none of my images or items may appear on sites that support racism, nudity, violence or pornography.

A refund will not be given once your login info has been sent.

Payments may be made using paypal or by cash/cheque via snail mail.  Accounts will not be activated until the funds have cleared. 

Outlines

Do not add any of the line art to your site in the outline form.  It must be colored unless you purchase as AS IS license and the image is clearly marked as being able to be put in your members area .

You may not alter any of the images unless you email me first asking permission.

If you have a tube license you may create tubes for your members area

Pixel Tubes

You may not claim any of the pixel tubes as your own. 

Do not share them with anyone else.

You must make something out of the image and that means more than just adding a name to create a sigtag.  Taking 2 tubes and combining them to make a new image is ok.

You do not have to post a link to my site where you have items posted but a link on your site somewhere is required. 

PSP Tubes

The psp tubes that you will find here are all royalty free.  They have been created by me using a program called Poser 7.  Please note that there are more and more people using this program and should you have a question about one of them please contact me first.  I have started with all my tubes putting the creation date in the file name.  For example 0511 would mean it was made in May of 2011.

You may not claim any of the psp tubes as your own.

You can not create outlines using my psp tubes unless you have purchased a Line Art License

You must post a link somewhere that visitors can see it.  A membership page is fine.  The link should be pointed at http://andreaspixelplace.com

Background Tiles

You are welcome to use the background tiles without a link back however one would be appreciated.

Incredimail Letters

These letters are for the use of Andrea'sPixel Place members only.  Please do not share with others and do not take these apart and redo them and call them your own.  The copyright to these belong to me and if used the person who created the lines/tubes used.

Tutorials

The tutorials are the same as the tubes. 

 The copyright to these images belong to myself or the site that I have used the image from to create the tutorial.

When completing a tutorial with the intent of tubing it and placing it in your paid members area you must make the colors different than mine.

Line Art Creators License

You may resize, alter and adjust my psp images to create lineart

What you do with this line art is up to you.  Add it to your site, sell it, keep it for yourself...the end result is yours

When posting these items for others to purchase in what ever way, members area graphics shop etc there must be a link either a members logo, your license or text link that says Line Art based on images by Andrea's Pixel Place
